One connected workflow
On screen: The opening contrasts scattered messages, photos, notes and spreadsheets with Tracwave's connected workflow.
Narration: The visit is done. The record isn't. It's scattered across texts, photos, notes, and spreadsheets. Tracwave brings it all into one place.
Run the office
On screen: The manager dashboard shows technician progress and appointment statuses. The overview introduces customers, properties, scheduling, quotes and invoices.
Narration: From the office, see every technician's progress and every visit's status at a glance. Add customers and properties, schedule recurring or one-off jobs, and set your prices. Quotes, invoices, and reminders are a few clicks away.
Complete the visit
On screen: The mobile app opens a visit from the technician's route. The technician fills in tasks, takes photos, adds a note and submits the visit. An offline queue keeps the visit until connectivity returns.
Narration: In the field, technicians open each visit straight from their route. Tasks are fully custom. Pick exactly what your technicians answer, or skip tasks entirely. And each one shows the last visit's reading. They take live photos in the app, and every photo is timestamped automatically. Add a note, slide to submit, and the visit is done. No signal, or a bad one? The visit waits in a queue, saved on the phone, and everything uploads the moment the connection is back.
Keep the record
On screen: The office view shows the completed visit, with its completion time, technician note, task responses and stamped photos. The customer completion report contains the visit summary, tasks and photos.
Narration: Back at the office, it's already marked complete. The record has it all: the completion time, the technician's note, every task response, and the photos. After every visit, your customer gets a completion report, with the summary, the tasks, and the photos. So there's never a question of whether the work was done.
Handle billing your way
On screen: The billing section introduces QuickBooks and Stripe, invoices, subscriptions and quotes. The customer portal holds reports and photos; technicians see the work without private billing details.
Narration: Billing works your way. Connect QuickBooks or Stripe, or run Tracwave without either. Once connected, Tracwave sends your invoices, runs subscriptions for recurring jobs, and sends quotes with photos and video, all on your behalf. Your customers get their own portal, with every report and photo. And prices stay private. Technicians see the work, never the billing.
Every visit, accounted for
On screen: The video closes with the Tracwave name and the tagline: Every visit, accounted for.
Narration: Tracwave handles the admin work, so you can focus on growing your business. Tracwave. Every visit, accounted for.
